Exchange Policy

General Return Policy: 
At Homfert, we strive to ensure that you receive the highest quality products. In normal cases, we do not offer exchanges, so we kindly request our customers to carefully order the correct product that suits their needs. However, we understand that unexpected issues may arise during shipping. Therefore, we do allow replacements  in specific situations. If you receive a product that is physically damaged we are happy to process replacement  for you. 
Aso, if, by any chance, you receive a product that is not the same as what you ordered, we do allow exchanges. For this the return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
If the quantity you received is lower than what you ordered, additional quantity will be send to you upon request.  You have to inform this within 2 days of the date you received the product. 
To facilitate the exchange/replacement  process for damaged packages or wrong products or lesser quantity products, we require an unedited unboxing and receiving video as proof. This allows us to promptly address any concerns and provide you with a seamless and satisfactory resolution. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring a pleasant shopping experience at Homfert.

Size Exchange Policy: 
We cannot provide an exchange if the received product is of a higher quantity than expected by the customer. If the received product is of a smaller quantity than expected by the customer, the customer can ask for an exchange through Whatsapp Number  +91 90612 61572. However, the return shipping charges have to be paid by the customer.

Timeframe For Exchange: 
In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to return the purchased product within two days after delivery.

Condition Of The Product: 
The returned product must be in the same condition that you received it in.

Proof Of Receiving The Damaged Product : 
When a customer requests an exchange due to receiving a damaged product, they are required to provide proper evidence of having received the damaged product.To facilitate the exchange process for damaged packages or wrong products or lesser quantity products, we require an unedited unboxing and receiving video as proof. 

Processing Of Exchanges: 
Once the returned products are received and accepted, exchanges will be processed at the earliest, and we will notify you once this has been completed.

Return Shipping Charges:
